I haven't updated in 19 weeks? What a slacker!

My family is coming to visit tomorrow - yay!

24 days til the wedding.. SOO freaking busy.

I got my report card from the trainer today and I've only lost 2lbs..

but I've lost 10 inches!

Just bc I haven't updated in a million years over here...

Wedding in...57 days!! :)

I should have the invitations back today or tomorrow and they will be mailed on Monday. yay!

I haven't posted in a million years. I've got too many methods of communication to keep up with. Wedding Sites, Blogs, LJ, Facebook, Myspace. Dear Lord.

Anyway - here's the quick rundown. Closed on house - yay! Prepping for move in. Move date - July 19th.

Wedding dress in is TX! :) going to try it on tomorrow.

Inviations for wedding are picked out - will be ordered in 2 weeks.

Dance lessons start on Saturday.

All other wedding things going according to plan.

Back to regularly scheduled programming (work).

Expected Close Date: 06/27/08!!!

I gave my notice (that I'm moving) to my apartment this weekend :)

So 5 months from now I'll be married.. like literally married and headed to the airport on the way home from our wedding.. Planning is going well, but I still feel like I have a lot to do. It'll all work out. Michelle is awesome and she can totally handle it :)

The house is totally going to be done in like a freaking month and a week. Crazy. Guess I better start packing someday?

Texas is getting to that point where it's like super hot. I hear a rumor of triple digits somewhere nearby. I might have to find some non-long sleeved shirts to wear to work :) Although - it's icicles in here so maybe not... And Texas hot really isn't as bad as Sarasota August - at least not yet.

Florida is.... Florida like always. The longer I stay in Texas the more I realize how much SRQ wasn't the place for me. I'm glad we moved out here :) I'm totally an adopted Texan, y'all.

I'm starting to think of hobbies I'll be able to pick up next year in all my spare time. Thus far I've got horseback riding (again!) and maybe some photography classes. And Travel! It'll be nice to go somewhere thats not SRQ or wedding related. I miss my random weekend trips more than I thought I would.

I guess thats it for now?

Tomorrow - Mark and I will have been engaged for a year
Friday - 6 months til the wedding
27th - One year in Dallas
30th - 1 year at Republic (though not my official anniversary since I was a contractor for a while - until July 31st)

Picked all the colors, upgrades, etc. We're having gunmetal colored door handles apparently (along 3k other small but significant decisions I had to make). LOL - Who knew? Should be a good time though. I'm excited for my house to be done.. now if they'd just start on it we'd be all set.
